The studio is located on the 1st floor of the Annex resident organized to accommodate travelers in 5 private apartments (1st and 2nd floor) with in addition on the ground floor a space allowing to enjoy an equipped kitchen, a a comfortable living room and a dining room.

This space is accessible to the occupants of the apartments located on the 1st floor, the apartments on the 2nd floor being equipped with a small kitchen and a living room.

Flexible cancellation conditions:

• 100% refund up to 24 hours before arrival and 50% beyond. 

• Reimbursement of the remaining nights if a case of force majeure occurs during the stay (such as confinement linked to Covid-19).

Flexible arrival from 4 p.m.in general and in total autonomy. No need for an appointment to hand over the keys, they will be at your disposal in a secure box.

Flexible departure at 12 noon at the latestto allow full cleaning service and a time slot of at least 3 hours between departures and arrivals.
