Ideally located in the heart of the city, Annexe 12 can accommodate up to 10 people in an exceptional setting.

 

Organized on 3 levels, the Annex house is fully air-conditioned and has been renovated to provide a unique experience, each floor being dedicated to a space and a lifestyle.

• The ground floor thus offers a spacious living space with kitchen, living room and dining room

• On the 1st, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate up to 6 people.

​

• On the 2nd, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 4 personnes, each room benefiting from a kitchenette and a small lounge area

 

• Coffee machine and Nespresso machines available in the kitchen and in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor

​

The Annex is a bright, comfortable, elegant and quiet house. It will allow you  to discover Gannat and its region and the many activities offered by the region.

Flexible cancellation conditions:

• 100% refund up to 24 hours before arrival and 50% beyond. 

• Reimbursement of the remaining nights if a case of force majeure occurs during the stay (such as confinement linked to Covid-19).

Flexible arrival from 3 p.m.in general and in total autonomy. No need for an appointment to hand over the keys, they will be at your disposal in a secure box.

Flexible departure at 12 noon at the latest  to allow full cleaning service and a minimum time slot of 3 hours between departures and arrivals.
